...sorry..another prayer request

I know everyone's tired of the "in your thoughts" or prayer-requests..but I know that a lot of you are also pretty religious..so I figured this couldn't hurt..and I needed to say something about it somewhere..
Thursday afternoon I found out my Grandfather (who had been sick) has lung cancer and a brain tumor. That's all I've been told so far..they're still doing tests.
So yeah..if anyone would like to send out positive thoughts of any kind, they'd be greatly appreciated...

...I guess it's a good thing I didn't get to do recruitment..it was this weekend..which yeah..I'm also sad about...but that's another thread

I know what you are going through, my dad just started chemo for lung/bone/liver cancer (yes all three). I know that uncertain feeling of what will happen, and having the doctorsgive that the horible talk of "what if".

Then once he starts treament there is the "is it worth it" feeling, like does it cause more harm then help, will it be quality over quanity or qaunity of qaulity?

NEVER apologize for asking for prayers.

You are most certainly in my thoughts. My grandfather was diagnosed with advanced lung cancer when I was a little girl, and had very agressive surgery. During my senior year in HS, he was diagnosed with it again, and this time the doctors weren't willing to do surgery on someone at his age with recurring lung cancer. Luckily, they were able to find a doctor able to do such a surgery, and he's doing well now.

My best friend and lil sis's father is in ICU right now. He's very sick and they don't know if he's going to make it thru the weekend.
