This topic brings back memories :-) When I was just a prospect, the Ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha were having an open house. There was this one game where you had to pick out mints and answer questions based on the color mint you got. I think for green you had to answer who would you want to play you in a movie. My soon to be LS made the huge error of saying Halle Berry... all the AKA's in the room stopped and laughed in her face saying..."who do you think you are??"
Sorry guys... LOL... I just had a nostalgic moment.
But back to the question. I had also gotten a green mint and since I'd done theater for 7 years and was set on not making the same mistake as my LS I said... MYSELF!!
And the answer still stands.

I have two. Either:
James Bond III (Monroe from "School Daze" and "Def from Temptation") b/c in my younger days people said I reminded them of "Monroe"
or
Alphonso Ribiero, b/c people nowadays say I have a "Carlton" personality (preppie/buppie nerd).
CT4, what do you think? *LOL*

I would have to say Lark Voorhies(sp?) from Saved By the Bell & How to Be a Player. When I was in High School this guy called me that everyday.

Tichina Arnold from the sitcom Martin. I have had so many people tell me that I resemble her, it is ridiculous!
I love the part that they gave her in Martin-sassy, street-smart, sarcastic and witty
I would also have to say Vivica A. Fox, because she gets the job DONE in all her roles. She's classy & sophisticated.

Jada Pinkett Smith--we are physically the same size, complexion, hair cut, etc. She has that snazzy attitude that fits. I don't think any other actress out there would do me justice.

When I was younger people said that I looked like Sandra's husband from the Cosby show(I can't remember his name); but they tell me I act like Jamie Foxx. So I guess it would have to be some unknown.

This is a cool survey question. I would say that Naiomi Campbell would be the actress who plays my roll. Ever since 14 years of age, 23 currently, people have told me that I highly resemble her (features and build). However, our styles are NOTHING alike. My style is more that of Mercedes from IN DA' House (w/ LL Cool J) and my hair is ALL mine, and ALWAYS has been. So, if she could pull it off, and it will be no easy feat, Naiomi Campbell would somewhat suit me!

ROTFLMAO !!!!!! Natural Beauty that is too funny, I will have to remember that, however I can honestly say that Ms. Halle-Berry Benet would play me in a movie. I have been told since 10th grade that I look like her. Not bragging ladies but same physique, eyes, nose smile (almost), color and everything. I am weirded out by this because my parents are black but her Mom is white, right? Anyway, I don't have her bust and gorgeous grade of hair. In addition, to appearance, Ms. Berry is one of the beautiful black actresses that I think could pull off the DRAMATIC Scenes of my life.

I would have to say that my personality is akin to Vanessa Williams in Soul Food with a hint of Lela Rochon in Boomerang. I can be studious and perfectionistic, yet silly at the same time.
Based on looks, people have hold me that I'm a mix between Faith Evans and Vanessa Williams. Although I and others also think that I look very similar to Entertainment Tonight's Lisa Channing (except she's a little bit smaller than I).
But the actresses whom can play me well would be Vanessa Williams (based on her character in Soul Food) and Sanaa Lathan (based on her role in the Best Man) as they have star quality and are sophisticated with a hint of sass in each of the roles I've mentioned........and that's me in a nutshell.

Somewhere between Tisha Campbell and Garcelle Beauvais in resemblance (?sp).
Personality? a cross somewhere between Halle Berry's and Robin Given's characters in Boomerang....
Am I bipolar?
