When is everyones formal fall rush? Any unique plans on how to recruit new guys?

our formal rush got over two weeks ago. There were about 50 bids total out to guys out of 60 rushees (throughout all fraternities). We got 13 guys out of Formal rush, the best we've done in years. We gave ouit 5 informal bids later that night, but some of them can't rush this semester or their parents aren't letting them, but they'll be future pledges, so for right now, we have 17 total pledges. there's about more of them than there are us.

The guys here are using the same old tactic....girls and beer.

I think so far they have 5 definite pledges for next semester..this one..well..not sure yet.

Omicron Nu got something like 14 guys. They're still waiting to hear back from a few as well as possibly giving out a few more bids in the next few weeks.
