I'm in Atlanta and for some reason, I've never heard of a lot of these dances, but hear the songs that go with them all the time. I must need to get out more often!

Can anybody from the ATL help me out here? I don't see these dances anywhere around here!

i love sean paul's video. it just takes me back to my twenties when i was in errbody's club. i know some of my new york folks remember demarara's. that was my spot!!! and the Q Club out in queens. those were the days!!

the teenage girls i know are talking about the dances in the new sean paul video, "like glue", where the song stops and the man calls out the names of the dances, like "signal de plane"and "the run"....has anyone seen the video, or are the reggae dances just a new york thing?

The man in the video is Sean paul's older brother.

The dances are actualy dances that have songs to go w/ them.

"Signal the Plane" and "Pon Di River" are both by Elephant Man

"Row Di Boat" is by Beenie Man

The dances are worldwide. Which is good, so, possibly, Sean Paul can stop doing the Log On (which was in Missy's "Get Your Freak On" video) and try something new.

Whatever you do, don't do the "Bust the Dance" as it is quite old Even older than the Jerry Springer and the Online.
