Badge Stealing?

I have, what I think to be, a slight problem. While browsing the catalog of an online store that sells sorority/fraternity jewelry, I noticed that my sorority's badge is very similar to that of ATO's. They're pretty much the same badge with difference colors and (obviously) greek letters. Should I be worried?

Why would you be worried?

I dunno. Wouldn't it be considered "badge stealing" or something?

P.S. I'm being serious. I don't wanna get in trouble because an NPC thinks we stole their design.

FWIW, Alpha Tau Omega is a fraternity that belongs to the NIC.

I honestly can't see you having a problem with Alpha Tau Omega about the similar designs of your badges, unless it was done with the intent to deceive people into thinking you were associated with them. (Which I highly doubt it was.)

I doubt it is simply worth the legal fees or the potential bad pr for ATO to take any action, even if they did feel so inclined.

I don't know- I'm not an expert, but I really think you have nothing at all to worry about.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. A lot of badges look similar...
