hi!!! i'm guessing that you are in the process of learning about greek life-don't worry, we've all been through it and it gets easier with time :-)! rush is the period where you go to the different functions the sororities or frats have. they are usually parties and you meet the members and learn a little about the organization. hazing ususally has to do with the iniatiations(but it is truly wrong and against the rules) it is something that compromises your worth as a person. i have heard stories of eating or drinking something completely disgusting, but most of the sororities and frats do not make you do that. and, just so you know, you do not have to do that and you can drop out at any time you feel uncomfortable. good luck with everything and i hope this info has helped!!!!!
