Favorite B Movie/Cult Flick

Building on the discussion about horror movies....

What's your favorite "B" Movie or Cult Flick (almost the same thing...someone out there can provide a good description of both, I'm sure)???

"B" Movie: Pandemonium (starring Carol Kane...here's a description from allwatchers.com):
"Tom Smothers (a mounty), a horse named Bob, and Pee Wee Herman are cops searching for an escaped lunatic, prisoners are revolting at the local prison, and six teenagers are headed for cheerleader camp- not just any cheerleader camp, but the infamous one where all those cheerleaders were murdered. Sandy, Mandy, Candy, Andy, Randy, and Glen are unaware of the psycho stalking them. They're too busy cheering, playing strip poker, and having sex to realize what's going on until it's too late. Can Tom and Bob and Pee Wee catch the killer before all the cheerleaders are slaughtered? Will Candy ever get to use her diaphram? "

Cult Flick: Tie between Rocky Horror (in the theater when all the drama geeks are there doing their thing) or Monty Python's The Holy Grail. "It's just a flesh wound!"

Omg........I have seen Pandemonium!! I never knew what it was called, but it ruled! God bless USA Up All Night!

My fav crazy movie is "But I'm A Cheerleader." Here is the oh-so-PC synopsis from allwatchers.com

"It's about a girls parents and friends thinking she's a lezzie so they send her to a homosexual camp where she discovers she is one and falls in love with another lezzie."

Well, the "homosexual camp" is like actually like a 10-step program camp to quit being a homosexual. And RuPaul is in it. Weird.

Solarbabies. I dunno how many people ever saw this movie, but it was bad acting, storyline sucked, it's brilliant.

Uh Hum, all those are pretty darn good, HOWEVER, you don't know what a cult classic is until you have seen-

Harold & Maude

Soundtrack by Cat Stevens, FANTASTIC!!!

Has ANYone seen this, or have you been deprived?

edited-
Check it out. http://www.geocities.com/RainForest/5862/harold.htm

OK. I've been thinking about the distinction b/t a cult flick & a B movie....and here's what I've come up with (feel free to expand):

B Movie: Low budget, bad acting (or writing...sometimes one doesn't = the other), critically panned, highly entertaining.

Cult Flick: Movie that has grown a fanatical following over the years...possibly not well received when first released. Characterized by viewing sessions where viewers know every line. Also, you can spot a cult movie fan on the street when they shout random phrases like "I want my Two Dollars!" or "I'm not dead yet...I got bettah."

On that note, I cannot believe I did not include Sixteen Candles & Better Off Dead in my cult classics list.

(JAM-thanks for the tip on Harold & Maude...I'm always up for a new one...).

JAM-
I've seen Harold & Maude! The 1st time I saw it was near the end of my sophmore year of college. I was hanging out with some friends & one of my Phi Beta sisters insisted we watch it- it was her favorite movie & none of the rest of us had seen it. We were mostly like this:

the whole time!
But I don't wanna give anything away. Definately a good recommendation, though!

As for my fave cult movies:
Probably The Breakfast Club & most of the Monty Python films

My fave B movie:
The Lost Boys

Soylent Green (SOYLENT GREEN IS PEOPLE!!!)

Amazon Women on the Moon <-- Funniest. Movie. Ever. My life became complete after seeing that movie.

Funny story regarding bad movies...My friend Chris and his brother have this war going to see who can kill the other first only by watching the worst movies they can find. It's been going on for months. It's absolutely hilarious. You know how after E.T. came out they had that really really bad ripoff called "Mac and Me?" Well, they found the rip-off of Mac and Me, and it's truly the worst piece of cinematography. In the world.
