From the website for Northwestern it says they had recruitment for Spring last month. I was hoping to be initiated before the Founders Day celebration on March 1st but I don't know if that is possible.
It says in the letter that I am supposed to let them know in writing and that I will meet with an alumnae education/membership person prior to initiation. But I think I will call the officer I know (the national VP: Alumnae) because I have a lot of questions and also because I want to upgrade the badge.
Am I allowed to order a DG sweatshirt now?
Here's another cool thing, my beautiful daughter (age 3) will now be a DG, Pi Phi, ZTA, KKG and Theta legacy. Talk about a quintuple threat!

I am a student at Northwestern, and except for two or three chapters which COB, we ONLY have spring rush - so you should initiate with the 2003 pledge class right around the march 1 founders day!

I think I am going to get the badge with the crown pearls and the four diamonds! I've waited 14 years to wear that badge. I'm going all out (okay, I could go ALL out and get the all diamond one $$$).

I do find the "plain gold" one to be very beautiful as well, beautiful in its simplicity.
Someone tell me how to put the pink and blue DG in my signature cause baby I'm not "almostadgonce" anymore!
This is a terrific thread by an Alpha Phi, that is very detailed in its explanation! Just use "DG" instead of "AF" (which would give you Alpha Phi, instead of Delta Gamma!)
