Question Dinner Exchange

Hey everyone,

The sororities at my campus are having a dinner exchange this month and I am in charge of ours. I really need ideas!! We probably will have about 50 people and have about $100 to spend (i know, not much). We don't have a cook, unlike some of the other chapters here. What do you think would be good and within our price range? We want to try and
have something nice. If you have ideas, pleeeeeeeease let me know.

Thanks,
Tink

Cool Dinner exchanges

In my fraternity, we've had a lot of dinner exchanges with sororities. We'll invite them over, cook them dinner, and then do some activity. It sounds like for your budget, the easiest thing to do is some kind of chicken dish. Grill it, bake it, whatever. You can get big bags of chicken breasts at Costco for cheap. Spaghetti or some other kind of pasta is a really cheap and easy idea too-we usually do that when we have chapter dinner. We'll have pasta and sauce, salad, and bread, usually, and it's within $100. Go to a wholesaler like Costco and you can get everything in bulk for cheap. One of our alumni usually cooks chapter dinner for us, since we don't have a cook, either. You might try that.
Hope that helps.
