Best Holiday Gift

What was your best holiday gift this year or gowing up and who was the giver of the gift?

Smile Okay, I will start.

Growing up....my best holiday gift was a hula-hoop. For one Christmas, all I wanted was a good hula-hoop. I got this great pink hula-hoop with a weight in it, and it was looped over the tree.

Recently...this Christmas, my husband wrote me a BEAUTIFUL AOII poem. Within the poem were hints that directed me to an angel ornament hidden in the tree with an AOII present attached.

I received one of my best gifts over 20 years ago--21 inches, 8 and a half pounds, and currently wearing an AOII pin!

Well, I can't beat Carnation either but I did get the one "thing" I most wanted for Christmas this year--the Sports Night complete DVD set. Growing up, it was the Barbie Townhouse (the mid-70s version, complete with 3 floors AND elevator.)

Now, the kiddos had a *great* Christmas this year. It was a video game and vacation spectacular at our house!

Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and new year. Time to get used to writing 2003!

Roses,
Christin
