Saving nine?
Ok, well my question is:
Does a stitch in time always save nine? I can think of a lot of circumstances where maybe it would be beneficial to wait rather than act immediately, and also knitting seems weird. Any comments?

But is it truly a better car for the nine times the amount paid or is it nine times better for the nine times the amount paid, or is it just nine times better than the regular amount paid?

nine times better the the car that would be paid, nine times less the money he had, nine fewer beers consumed from 1/9th of remaining moneys, one ninth the speed from being 1/9th impaired, 8/9ths remaining state of car after wreckage.
