yeah, i wonder if they can raise student aids or to raise spending on education so the university cost can be maintained and everyone can enjoy an education. Stupid how we are ready to invade Iraq at a cost of billions, but not invest in billion toward education.

Yup. Education at all levels might be a better way to fight drug use/abuse than brute force.
