Unusual features of your dorm or GLO house
Today I just discovered that in one of our campus's popular dorms has a TUNNEL that leads from there to our education building. I walked through it, it was kind of spooky yet very interesting.
Two of the dorms in campus, mine and one other, have sinks in the rooms. I like that quite a lot. My dorm also houses the Panhellenic Wing (chapter rooms of our three NPC sororities), chapter rooms for Sigma Alpha Iota and Phi Mu Alpha, and a dining room.

The Alpha Phi chapter house at UCSB has the staircase built into the shape of a giant 'A', and originally there was a 'Phi' shaped fountain at the base. However the fountain had to be removed in the early 80's because of too many frat. guys, um, shall we say, abused it?
The old Delta Sig House had a huge water pit in the rec room. It was used for both pledge activities and parties. They had a party where they filled the pit with ice water and cans of beer. A pledge would sit in it, and when an active came up, he had to "fish" a can out. When the active finished the beer, the pledge put a tally mark on his forehead. So at the end of the night, you could see which active went fishing the most.
When we rechartered and moved back into the house, the pit had been covered up. But that corner of the room still dips in.
So I've been posting a lot since I finally got the internet back in my room...
We have a hot tub in our chapter room...it's definetly quite a bit of fun(except no girls), and a perk of being an active (our pledges arent' allowed to go into our chapter room).
