Who intitiates colony members?

Every sorority works a little differently, but generally you'll find that a sorority is initiated within a year of colonization, whereas fraternities are generally colonies for a year or two. Just a different way of doing things.

When my chapter was initiated and installed our National President, National VP-Membership, an Alumnae Prov.Pres, and other national officers did ours. They positions all realted to our Province in NC. It was a great treat meeting such high KD officers!
