Odd DG Badge

Hello! I was on Ebay last night looking for vintage Delta Gamma items when I ran across this badge. It has never been one of our official badges, yet it is labeled as a DG badge. Does anyone know where it is from?

Not really knowing for certain, but I'd be willing to bet that this is from a local fraternity or sorority also called Delta Gamma. That said, maybe someone else would know more accurately. Good luck!

I wouldn't be surprised if the badge did belong to a local organization.
None of the official badges have ever looked like this one.

There is a Gamma Delta Gamma sorority - headquarters in Indy - but I couldnt find a picture of their badge.
