So who works out?
I do not see a post to the beginning of this thread. Was it deleted?
At any rate, if this was about working out...I certainly do. I am currently committed to going to the gym EVERY night (no matter how tired I am). I have been doing cardio and weights...mostly just getting back in the routine of weight lifting.
I certainly do miss having a workout partner, but I don't mind going late at night when hardly anyone is there and I can just not worry about what everyone thinks LOL!

Lately I haven't had much time to do so..17 hours and working will really screw the schedule. But, I do walk pretty quickly to my classes, I swim a couple times a week and I try to lift weights when the chance arises. BTW, I've found that drinking that Propel water (gatorade makes it) my workouts seems to go easier. I think 'cause I stay hydrated, it tastes good, and it's not nearly as heavy as gatorade. I suggest the black cherry flavor.

I'm a dancer, and I take class three times a week, so I pretty much get my workouts from that, but most days before class, I try to go to the gym for a pre-class stretch and maybe do some free weights and extra crunches. But I'm going to be taking 16 credits this semester, working three jobs, etc, so we'll see if I can even make it to dance class!

Since graduation, I have not hit the gym, but I do the Torso Track every night, oblique crunches, leg lifts (the kind that target the inner thigh!), and walk about a mile. That's about all I have the energy for after work. I used to *love* the elliptical machine at school!

Optimist: I just started Hydroxycut on Monday! It doesn't give you that horrible jittery feeling like some "diet suppliments" do, but it seems to be working!

Ideally I'd like to work out 4 times a week. Lately, though, I've been too busy... I only went once in the past month. But I'll get back into it next week.
Usually I do about 150 crunches and 100 leg lifts (don't know the correct term)... Oh and I run on the treadmill for 30 minutes.
That's all I'm up to right now. I don't do weights. I'm very tiny, so I don't really need to do much. I just go to tone and clear my mind. If I can't get to the gym, I go dancing. I know that sounds silly, but I swear to you.. dancing is great exercise!!

Mmm..somedays...I walk all over campus for classes then since I work for the school I walk over campus doing their dirty work, that counts as working out, right?
Optimist Prime- Don't use that stuff!! All it does is increase your heart rate! But, if you use it make sure NOT to take anything w/supherdrine (sp?) you know, any type of Sudafed type medicine, it'll double the stress on your heart and you could risk heart failure and/or damage. Also, do you transform into a nifty firetruck too?

Yoga is heaven-sent. I was a gymnast for 15 years so keeping my flexibility has always been at the top of my fitness goals. After cardio and weights, a yoga class is ESSENTIAL! I do it 5 days a week and I have never felt better.

I try to work out 3-4 times a week. I actually have a nice little home gym going... exercise bike, elliptical, weight machine, and a few little hand weights. And I'm on my feet a lot during the day.

I work out every morning before work. I do cardio for 30 minutes than weights- I do arms and back one day and then legs the next day.

You are so much braver than I! I cannot do morning workouts. I did it for a while with my ex roommate and 5 15 did nothing but make me that much more tired for class!

<----------------- Works out!!!
Actually, the best things I ever did were to start eating right and to start exercising in the morning rather than the evening. I now feel so much more energetic during the day. That alone is totally worth getting up an hour earlier every day.
