Black it is, although road salt residue is an issue for those of us up North. 
If I'm ever down around Texas, I'll definitely let you know now - I'm already road tripping out to Vegas, so what are a few hundred more miles going to hurt?

Speaking of roadtrips, me and my bros are making our annual football game roadtrip to Lawrence for the A&M-KU game this October, you should cruise your mustang over and party with us and the KU Snakes.

rudey, I can tell that 'you're not from around here.' As AggieSigmaNu361 pointed out it is the Skoal ring that you have to watch for. Of course he is from Texas and has probably seen a few on girls jeans.
