Cool Mascara

I tried several mascara, mainly waterproof ones. Mabelline is good but it's pretty hard to rub it off. Anyone wants to share?

M.A.C. Mascara N is great... also, the old standby in the pink and green tube, Maybelline Great Lash, is a good one. You say it's "hard to rub off..." as in when you are taking your makeup off at night? Use eye-makeup remover (again, M.A.C. makes a wonderful one).

I only wear CLEAR mascara because my eyelashes are blond. If I wear brown or black mascara it makes me look like a hooker!

It's not waterproof, but my absolute favorite mascara is "Coup de Theatre!" by Bourjois. It comes with two wands - one filled with white stuff to make your lashes super long, the other is plain black mascara to paint your lashes (and the white stuff on them). Very dramatic!

I usually use Clinique.....but I tried that new mascara by Cover Girl...the triple acting one? I think it's called Triple Mascara? Well, it was pretty good. Considering the price and all. I also love Mabelline's Full N Soft!

I really like Lancome. Merle Norman is good too. I prefer the merle in slate brown. It's straight up black for the lancome, for the night time. My eyes are brown so brown mascara is nice, I think. Any other suggestions on color for brown eyed girlies??

Cool my personal favorite

I don't know if it comes in waterproof, but I really like L'Oreal "Lash Architect" mascara. And it's reasonably cheap, like six or seven dollars.

I'm alergic to mascara too! I have to use Almay, and it doesn't really do much unless you put on like 2 or 3 coats. I use the waterproof thickening one. Clinique is pricey, but it is also hypo-alergetic (yeah I spelled that wrong).

I swear by Max Factor's 3000 Calorie Mascara. Love it, love it, love it!

For those of you who like Lancome mascara, try some of the L'oreal mascaras. They are owned by the same company, so the formulations are very similar, if not the same.

Am I the only one who uses Cover Girl? The red one -- I always think thickening is better as opposed to lengthening, because thicker is prettier, and if you get something that promises to do both what it's really promising is to put a ton of junk on your lashes.

I used to use the 3000 calorie stuff too and loved it. I forget why I switched. My mom just does Clinique because of allergies...... she points out that it lasts forever and even at the price, it's worth it b/c she can actually wear it.

I couldn't live without L'Oreal Lash Out (waterproof). It makes my lashes look so much longer than they are and will never, never run. If I had to pick one cosmetic only to wear, that would be it.
