informal recruitment??? MIZZOU

hello all, I will be transferring to Mizzou in the fall and I plan to rush a fraternity. Formal rush already happened but I heard that informal rush is rather big at mizzou. my question is, what do I do to get involved in informal rush? and how does it work?
