-- There look to be just about 30 or so members each fraternity

OK, fist of yes, its a Fraternity not a Frat you are not seriously doing this if Frat is a vocabulary word you use. Also, talk to the college administrators and visit the student government office. They will have information for you that will help! Every university is different so start there! excuse the excessive use of exclamation points it's that kind of day.
