Now What?

Hello all,

I have read through numerous posts on here. I have been told by a Sorority that they were ready to proceed with me. My question is now what? I have been gathering my recommendations and working on my Interest letter. However, I have not received the letter telling me when everything is due. I have spoken with someone several times and I am always told that the letter will arrived. So what do I do now?
