hi all nphc question on pledging

Hi so I have wanted to join a nphc organization since high school. I am a junior that is a few credits away from being a senior and I really want to join an organization but I'm not sure if I will have a chance because my gpa is 2.66 which meets the requirements they are asking for but due to its a nphc from my understanding although they may require a 2.5 minimum for most chapters a 2.8 or above is usually where they aim. Also although I wont be graduating till next year I wonder if the fact I am so close to being a senior another limitation. Please help someone.

They don't generally answer NPHC questions on this site, but i blog for www.divineninelover.com and I'm sure we've answered that question there.

Generally speaking, your GPA meets most (but not every) organization's requirements, but please know that unless you're especially well-liked among the chapter, it's going to be very hard to put YOU on if there's somebody with a higher GPA and more activities.

"Grade risks" are a thing with NPHC orgs, too, so feel free to apply but be mindful your chances are better with higher grades.
