Talking Those Cool Signatures...

Alrighty, I think we need this thread on here... (It might already be here, and I completely forgot... But all well...)

Ok, who was like me, having a boring ole signature, wanting to know how the others made theirs so bright and big, and well, just not as dull as the plain one you have???

I know there's more lil tricks than what I'm gonna have, so if you know anything cool, post it, so new Phi Sigs on here can figure it out.

Basically, you're gonna need to use html in your signature section of your profile.

The html code for it is:
[font*(select a font)][size*(select a size)][color*(select a color)] (this is where you type the word/letters that you want)

Substitute the * for = and put actual words in where the ( )'s are!

It might look hard, but once you get the hang of it, it's real easy to figure it out!

GOOD LUCK!

Ok, so I'm replying to myself...

Anyways, I don't think I was too clear on the substitution part. You need to switch the * with = and the ( ) for an actual color, font, size, whatever. So you shouldn't have any star things or parenthesis in your html code at all.

Also, there's a website where you can use cute smiley faces in your messages. http://www.plaudersmilies.de/ When you go to use the smiley face, make sure that the vB Code is checked to the Enchanced Mode. (The vB Code is in the left hand colum of the post reply.)

FYI - When you change your signature... it changes on all of your previous posts as well. That is why it looked like you had it the whole time!!
