College sophomore looking to transfer to WVU.

Currently a sophomore at Penn State with plans to transfer to WVU next year. Looking to start rushing as soon as I get there.

And from Penn State to WVU? Both party schools, but WVU is a really big step down in academics and reputation. Unless you're just at one of the little PSU branch campuses, maybe.

There was some sort of requirement about posting in the info section. And I'm transferring to WVU because I like the school better and I stand to receive more scholarship money than I do at Penn State.
