Lawsuit againgt Palin
One of the people who commented on this lawsuit said that, in England, people who file frivolous lawsuits must pay for both parties' expenses if it's thrown out or ruled for the defendent. This is such a prime example!

Are you upset that it is a frivolous lawsuit, or are you upset that it is a lawsuit against Palin?

There's not even enough information in the article to suggest that the lawsuit is frivolous, so.....

Don't have the suit details, but the article details do not show it to be.

You guys, Palin's lawyer called it frivolous so obviously it must be!
Also in England, because of the cost of lawsuits, richer people and organizations can get away with poor treatment of others because the fear of losing keeps suits from being filed.
