Our first Chapter House (GZ) to be torn down...

Well it's official.

Lambda Chi Alpha has sold our first chapter house, Gamma Zeta, at 374 North Pleasant Street, to Theta Mu.

Also, the Town of Amherst will soon be taking it over for the Gateway Project...to be torn down.

Great job Lambda Chi Alpha for screwing it up. Amazing how we have millions of dollars and place significance on objects, yet we just sold our most historical property ever.
