I think that work week is stressful by nature, and sometimes it won't be a good time...recruitment just isn't going to be fun at times. However, I think it is important to schedule sisterhood time where recruitment isn't the focus. My chapter does a girls night in with movies and nailpolish the night before recruitment, and I think it not only gives us time to relax, but reflect on why we're sisters and why we're doing recruitment.
