Renting a house for formal?

I'm currently trying to rent a house for about 12 college students for our fraternities formal. Most rental agencies have age policies that say you cannot rent if you are under 25. I'm 18. How have you guys been able to get around this?

Thanks

Maybe ask your alumni if they would be willing to rent a house for you guys.

The only thing you can do is ask someone who is of age to rent it out for you.

Not sure what other ideas you're looking for

Have the formal in a hotel and rent rooms, like normal people? (I don't understand this "house for formal" business)
