Unhappy The Safety Boat Theory

To love a person needs huge courage and effort. And when you found out that the person you love doesn't love you at all at last, it would be like spending huge effort to swim towards a safety boat when you are helplessly floating in the Atlantic ocean. The boat sinks all of a sudden when you are getting closer and closer to it. After that, what surrounding you is the big sea where you couldn't even see the end. Then you continue to swim and swim and finally spot another boat. Once again you make strong effort to move towards it. If you are lucky enough, you would finally grab the new boat. But unfortunately this one sinks again. Now after several swim and sink cycles, how much stamina would still left behind? You tell me? At the end, some of us may just give up. This is my new theory: The Safety Boat Theory.

Gee, I hope I interpreted this correctly!

My opinion.

One must build their very own safety boat FIRST, cause you can't always depend on other safety boats to save you.

Translation: One must love themself first, cause you can't depend on others to love you and often they don't.
