HELP!

I have spent 7 hours downloading two episodes of Sex in the City and I am unable to get them to play in the KaZaa theatre or in my Windows Media Player........Any Advice?

there is something called divx that you need to download, they are compression codes for these movies.

Just try searching for that in Kazza, read the readme.txt and follow the instructions.

you probably need a "DivX" player. many of those TV shows on kazaa, etc. will play fine in windows media player but some require a divx player.

I use one called "DivX Playa" - it works well and as far as I can tell didn't come with any of that creepy extra software that sends you junk email.

Do a search for "DivX Playa" on google.com and you should be able to find it no problem.

...as a side note, we have a beautifully fast internet connection here and my roommates and I have been able to download slightly over 1/2 of the 8 seasons of Friends episodes (about 25 episodes per season) Anyone ever seen "Beat the Geeks" on Comedy Central? I can be a Friends geek! Not quite as authentically geeky as Star Trek, but oh man...
