 Night Record since 1960 - 207-59-3 (.774)
Overall Tiger Stadium Record: 361-139-18 (.714)

Right before you walk out on that field to face LSU under those lights, you'd best kneel down and pray, cause you're going to spend the next 60 minutes in the most hostile environment known to college sports, the one they call Death Valley.

 | The Hogs survived it quite fine, thank ya.

It was a day game kickoff for LSU.

I'm kind of curious how LSU managed to pull 8 home games to 4 road games. Baton Rouge won't see decent action until the last week of October when Tiger Stadium will host four home in a row.

Would anyone like to do a college fantasy league? I modded one at Yahoo two years ago with some RL friends. From what I remember, you just pick teams to win, not players and stuff like that so it's easier to do.
Let me know what you think and if people are interested I'll set it up.

The lack of Auburn on that list does raise some doubts with me though. I don't like 'em, but the War Eagle circling Jordan-Hare and the "Weagle, weagle, war damn eagle" chant are some of the richer traditions in the SEC in my mind.

I'll keep a watch on the site. Surely they'll be opening up registration soon.

I have only been there once, but Michigan Stadium (The Big House ) is very loud.
1. It is BIG. The capacity is 107,501, but has had 112,000+ in attendence for a game with Ohio State
2. Fans sit very close to the field
3. It was basically dug into the ground so the sound is consolidated

Beaver Stadium almost did in Ohio State Quarterbacks. Players couldn't hear the signals from the QB

Ohio Stadium (The Horseshoe ) vibrates when the OSU band comes through the tunnel and the fans begin yelling. I've taken Texas alumnae to OSU games and they said UT games were never that loud.

I can't wait for the season to begin. USC here I come!
