Dear Sisters,
I am faced with a huge problem and need help. I know I don't know any of you personally but you are all my sisters. I have talked to the sisters in my chapter and everyone else possible but I thought maybe some outside advice would help. I'm 21 years old and the typical happy, crazy, fun, sorority girl. The type everyone enjoys and is friends with. I guard myself from every type of hurtful situation and rarely show my true feelings.
Well, I have known for over a year that my father is having an affair of some sort with another woman. My parents are still married at this time. I have printed out emails he has written to her and they are not typical emails you would just send to a friend or collegue (SP?). I am at the end of my rope and it is affecting every other area of my life. It is 7:00 am and I still haven't slept tonight. Part of me is waiting for my Dad to leave for work to confront him. I just don't feel it's fair. If any one has any advice or anything please let me know. I just don't know what else to do.

i don't feel qualified to advise you on this situation, but... here's a hug and a caring thought for you. i'm sure that your sisters in your chapter worry about you and are there for you if you need them. please just try to take care of yourself, that's the most important thing. your sisters love you for you, not just how you portray yourself at your best but also when you're at your weakest. if you need to talk to someone, i'm sure that your chapter dse, chaplain, president or diamond sister, would make time to listen, or you can also try your school counseling center... they might be the best qualified to listen/help. like i said, i just wanted to reply to let you know your sisters are there for you... *hug*
