Not sure what you are refering to, but if a certain sorority is not at your school, you cannot rush at another chapter from a different school it tht is what you are asking.
Now, I am refering to NPCs of course.

You'd have to ask the chapter about this.

Nice web site!
Do not know what their regulations are but would assume that they follow some of the NPC? Again, do not know compared to the norm.

I've noticed that SOME chapters are Associate Members of their campus Panhellenic, but 33girl is correct. They are NOT NPC and are not bound by NPC rules.

To answer your question, no. You are only allowed to rush at the school you are currently attending. Unless you have interests in chartering for your school, in which case I refer you to our national website: http://www.akdphi.org
Seek out the expansion chair on such matters: akdphi.expansionchair@gmail.com
She can further assist you on more information.
Hope this helps!
O btw - no we are not NPC, although some chapters are bound to Panhell, but not all.

Dumb question, but I did look on the National website first...
Why is the alpha in aKDPhi lowercase? (I apologize if that is for initiated members to know only)

As taken from a fellow sister's post:
"Our founders had intentions of using KDPhi as our letters, but when it became known that there was another fraternity, they adopted the fourth letter (alpha). The alpha is lowercase to exemplify a subscript (does not constitute a fourth "real" letter). Our letters stand for something as do many other greek letter organizations, but the alpha is used to distinguish us and does not have significance other than that."
