Today's Get to Know Your Sisters Question
Today's question.... what is your favorite movie(s) that you can watch over and over and over again????
I've got a few... 50 First Dates, Fools Rush In, and The Prince and Me... if you can't tell I love "love stories".
What about you all???? What movies do you all watch over and over and over???

The ones I tend to watch over and over and over are musicals.. West Side Story, Fiddler on the Roof, the Sound of Music, etc. I also like the "love stories" like You've Got Mail, The Wedding Planner and end up watching them when I flipping through the channels and come across them.

You've Got Mail, The American President - I think those 2 are the ones I can watch over and over again....
Yes, sucker for good chick flicks.

Dee... I watch the Sound of Music only once a year... as I'm putting up my Christmas stuff... it always came on TV around Christmas when I was a child. But I also like musicials.

Here is the truth. I'm not much into movies, but I know the dialogue to My Big Fat Greek Wedding as if it were Rocky Horror Picture show.
I do love the James Bond and Ocean's 11, 12, etc movies but my favorite movie of all time is .....
Ferris Bueller's Day Off

The Princess Bride
Clueless
Officer and a Gentleman, I always cry at the end when Richard Gere comes to get his Puget Deb from the box factory and takes her away.

For some freakin reason, I get sucked into "A Walk to Remember" every damn time it is on. And then I always cry when Mandy Moore dies and Shane West goes off to med school.
I have issues.

I have sucked my daughter into the Sound of Music also. We have the 40th anniversary DVD with all these special interviews and it is so cool. Of the 17 cities she'll be going to in Europe this summer, she is most excited about Salzburg because she hopes to see where they filmed some of the Do Ra Me montage.
I can't watch A Walk to Remember anymore.. or Stepmom either, although I'm drawn to both. They are both very good, but I just can't deal with them.
I watch Jesus Christ Superstar every Easter weekend, usually on Good Friday. It's my bizarre way of doing the stations of the cross without going to church...
I also love The American President. Sidney is great. And, both Michael Douglas and Martin Sheen, when acting as a President, are so believeable.

New Question!!!
If you were given a dream vacation... where money was no object... what would you do? Where would you go? You also can take only one other person with you... who would it be?

That one is tough, but probably a cruise in the Mediterranean Sea.. Italy, Greece, ahhhh. As for who I would take with me, I couldn't choose between my two kids so I'd either have to take both or go by myself. I might invite one of my co-workers who needs a real vacation and who is really energetic and one of those people who is game for anything.

Tahiti with no phones, blackberries, TVs or PCs. I really wouldn't care who came with me as long as I had a big stack of books. But, it wouldn't hurt if he was cute and could teach me to surf.

long, extended tour of Europe. Rent a farmhouse in Italy for a few weeks as part of it. Paris, Versaille, Barcelona, Munich, Frankfurt, Athens, Rome, Florence..... ah... yes, I can imagine it now.
Who I would take? At the moment it is a toss up. Hate to say that, but that's where I am .

I'll go
My daughter is going to Paris, Rome and Florence this summer (and 14 other cities in Austria, Switzerland, France and Italy) and I'm envious of her.
