Am I hearing something completely different than the judges? They loved Chris. I thought he was terrible.

I think LaKisha or Chris is next to peace out.

I wasn't impressed with Phil or Blake either.

I agree that Chris sounded pretty bad. Even Simon said he was good though??? I didn't think anyone was that great to be honest. I like Jordin, but when Randy said that was the best vocal ever on AI, I thought that was quite the stretch.

Predicted bottom two:
Chris
Lakisha (I love her but the judges have turned against her now and she has had back-to-back bad weeks)

I didn't hear Chris, but I've been saying for a while I don't get why they fawn over him.

And I still love Lakisha. I can't believe they say she "shouts" but that the song tonight was so perfect by Fantasia. Fantasia is a horrible "screecher" and they never seemed to mind. Lakisha's tone is SO much better in my opinion.

Another eh week for me. I thought Jordin was good, but don't think it was one of the best perfromances ever on AI?!

I really liked Lakisha in the beginning of the season, but back to back Idol Alumnae songs for her songs? *sigh* I dunno.

I just gotta say, Melinda brings people to Jesus.
I can't stand Chris. He sounds like a boy band reject.
I still want to make out with Blake's voice.
Jordin is amazing, but I'm not going to say the best in AI history... I love that song though. Sang it in high school choir.
Phil. Um, ok. Not a fan.
LaKisha is slipping... I'm predicting that either she or Chris are gone next week.

I thought she did well and I really like her, but she doesn't have a chance. Back-to-back Idol songs plus the judges's comments over the past few weeks will probably result in her elimination tonight.

Amen! I adore her. I really don't think she'll win, but here's hoping that she goes out like Chris Daughtry and has nice post-Idol career.

Blake annoys me. Must be my age.

Chris wasn't as good as the judges said last night. Difference in live and in person vs. "live" on tv? Subtle judging manipulation? He sounded terrible, especially in comparison to the rest of the 6.

I do like Phil but he's not the next American Idol.

Jordin was amazing last night. That was her "Stuff Like That There" and it wouldn't surprise me if she won the whole thing. Best performance ever on Idol? Nope, but in the top five.

i kind of figured they were going to not vote anyone off this week... i think the tipoff for me was the fact that Ryan said yesterday the results would be "shocking"

how would he know the results before the voting even started?

it was a very touching episode though

I thought that most of it was cheese-tastic.

Seeing Simon as a real person with feelings and emotions was nice.

Last night's episode had some of the most random things thrown in. For example, the "Staying Alive" video with all the celebrities that was sandwiched in with one of the lame Ford "music videos" they do every week.

Anyway, I'm curious to hear how much money was raised.

This week was such a waste. Also, poor Jordin. It was so mean to make her think she was out for those 30 seconds.

How did they make it seem like Chris and Jordin were in the bottom two? I didn't get that impression at all.
