Open Casting Call for The Real World and Road Rules

If the Real World had a casting call in your area, would you go?
If you went and made the cut, would you go on the show?

Could you give up your privacy like that?

A year ago in Chicago, they held auditions and I went. The audition was over so swiftly since they asked you to state your name, where you are from, and what you think you would bring to the show. They video tape you as you do this, but it only takes about 5 minutes. I did not make the cut, but if I did, I think I would go just to live in the house

I use to want to always want to audition for RW, but I got to old.

I personally don't think it's fair to limit it 18-24 yr olds. And they always seem to pick the same type of whiny,self-absorbed,stupid people(ie The Angry/Player black man,the virgin, the where I grew up there weren't any

gays/black people) so when I get on the show,I'll show my other roomates how out of touch with society I really am

If RW ever came to Dallas, I don't think I would apply. Even though I look younger then I really am,I wouldn't lie about my age just for 15 minutes of fame. Even if I weren't to old to apply, I still wouldn't cause I'm a very private person and I don't think I could have carmera following me around 24/7

I use to have this big fantasy of being on Real World, but the people are getting more "BUCK" each season. Firstly, I wouldn't be able to take females walking around the house naked. That would be very distasteful to me. Then the men kissing their boyfriends in my face would trip me out even more. I'm a woman that speaks out, so they would hate my buttocks. But that's probably the very reason why I WOULD get voted on the show; I would be somebody that can bring controversy to the show. So I've just decided that watching the show is the best way to go.

If I made the cut, I would definitely go just to live in a wonderful house for free. But, I don't really think that I would even try out. Real World always picks the same people over and over again. The black women are always angry black women whose struggle in life has made them come to hate white people. I don't fit into that description. The real world producers want the same characters every season but with different faces and names.

I have to admit that living in the house would be the main reason I would go, but I don't think I would have any conflicts with anyone. I am too quiet and shy for that. . . that's probably the reason I didn't make the cut

but I so have to admit, the people are getting more outrageous as the years pass. I mean, just because you like being naked does not mean other individuals would like to see you naked. I think people seem to forget it isn't all about them when they are living with others.

No, way. These reality shows really are just going over board. I know that people watch other people because of curiousity but it is sickening to me to see what others have mentioned about the continuous one sided potrayal of the African American man and woman. The age limitation is one of the show's problems. Usually people between 18-24 are JUST experienceing the world independent of parental control. So getting BUCK is expected.

I would really lose my cool and fall into the angry black woman catergory if someone was always in my face. I could care less about the big house thing.

1. It is not mine
2. I have no control over the set up or who comes in and out.
3. It is not a permenant situation.

REAL WORLD SUCKS!!!

I'd prefer to live in either Philly, Atlanta, D.C., Charlotte, Dallas or Houston. All of the cities I listed are in my order of preference.

I think they were being a liitle mean to her. . . I think everyone has little things they need to work on. maybe she doesn't know that she is annoying to the other guest, but that still gives them no reason to gang up on her. . . but hey, we don't know what is really going on with that since the show is edited.

i would go head it do the real world show but, i think I'd proably have alot of guards up. I would be scared to do something that would put me and my family to shame.

I NEVER miss a episode of the real world, but I do think that they are being real mean to the girl with the kidney infection!! At first I didn't really like her because when she met Theo (my soon to be boyfriend) she said " he is black" in a negative way, and the comment that she made about gay relationships

They just had Real World Las Vegas casting calls and a friend of a friend's made the final cut. I think it would be totally awesome to be a part of it, but then someone said it earlier i don't remember who, I don't know if I could give up my privacy like that. I mean I get paranoid going to the gym and having the hot guys watch me on the treadmill let alone having the whole nation see me! I'll just watch thanx! =)

I would do this, but I'm too old by THEIR standards now; I'm 25!!! I would've gone to either Philly or HOTlanta for the casting call. I don't know about any of those other places; being that I'm in school and don't have much money to travel with, much less spend on souvenirs at these places.
