Looking for Sorority Leaders to Help with Schick Quattro Razor National Promotion.

Greek Life Ladies, Need Your Help.

I'm sorry for crashing in on your board, but it just seems like the perfect place to find who I need.

My name is Teresa and I am presently working on a project for a new razor, the Schick Quattro For Women, called the Sorority Outreach Program, where we are distributing free razors to sororities all over the country - to be sent to chapter presidents and then passed along to sisters, friends, etc. The razors are yours completely free of charge. All we're asking for in return is that you fill out a short survey letting us know what you think of the product.

Sororities in the following states needed:

Please send your mailing address, a contact name and phone number, and the number of girls in your sorority to tsperber@zoommedia.com - so we can be sure to send enough razors. Chances are good though that we will be sending you way more than enough - as each chapter is slated to receive 340 full-sized, individually packaged Schick Quattros. Boxes start shipping September 15th. Did I mention that these razors retail for $9.00 per piece? It's pretty much the sweetest offer ever.

You would need to go through our International Headquarters for anything like that. I'm guessing most other NPC groups will be the same.

im just wondering why sorority girls in particular? do we have opinions on shaving any different than non-sorority girls?

hehe "Sorority Outreach Program." like there was some sort of hair crisis and we need them stat!

will this survey's results come out like "9 out of 10 sorority women prefer the Schick Quattro over the competing brands... go get one today!"

Based on what she wrote it doesn't sound like they're looking to exploit sororities, ie use the sororities in commercial advertising. It's just marketing. Give out free samples to a large group of women who will tell other women how great the product is and voila! "free" advertising.

One of the things I miss about college were those "FOR HIM" and "FOR HER" survival packs they'd give out the first week of school. The girl boxes usually had a razor, some Vivarin, some aspirin, a deoderant sample, small shampoo/conditioner samples, and lotion samples. Those things were bomb!

They used to give them out at my high school. Girls would take like 7 packs at a time. I miss those.

what's vivarin?

and lets be honest - dudes only took them for the condoms, chicks took them for the pads/tampons.

for some reason, the ones they gave out in college had ramen noodles in them.definitely kept that as backup midnite food.

Doesn't NYU hand out condoms like crazy? Freshman year I went to sexploration with my friend.

I remember and I too miss them. I know someone who took 2 Vivarin and drank a lot of Mountain Dew freshman year. He was jittery as all hell for a day or so, lol.

We never solicited for stuff, but (Boys stop reading) our chapter got a huge box of free tampons. The Tampax Pearl ones too. And despite a minor spat about how the DON'T really cause TSS (when used properly of course) they went over very well. AND I ended up w/ the box because I lived in the Greek Dorm and I didn't have to buy tampons for the next 2 years.

(Boys may resume reading) But we didn't fill out surveys.

We got free face wash/cream/etc stuff too.
