They will find out tomorrow (Friday) morning at 7:00 AM. She is so tired. What is amazing is how her opinions of several sororities changed from her first visits. It is a phenomenon that many in her group also experienced. I'm very curious to see what happens at Shit Day, Preference Day, etc. As before, she is still impressed with nearly all the houses nearly equally. She said she could easily join almost any of the various sororities and be happy. Good attitude.....

My apologies to the forum for my typo involving the phrase Skit Day. I use two fingers most of the time and I can assure you the error was unintentional.

Oh don't worry about it. There was absolutely no offense (at least not on my part) taken. It was quite funny actually and in my experience with everything that went on with that day, it sometimes described it well.....

You gave a couple of us a very good laugh.

Now adpiucf may not have recovered yet...........

BamaDad...I can certainly relate to your daughter's exhaustion. I think they are physically and mentally drained by the time they receive their bids on Sunday. My daughter experienced several episodes of tears due to lack of sleep and worry about making the right choices, but I promise that it will all be worth it on Sunday when you see your beautiful daughter smiling as she runs to her new home! Good Luck tomorrow morning to her! She seems to have a wonderful attitude and I'm sure she will be fine!

It's been 10 minutes, hasn't it?

CAN'T. STOP. LAUGHING.

I'm sitting here alternating between doing real work and reading recruitment threads. BamaDad, thank you for the comic relief!!!!

I have to admit, my first thought was, "Wow! There's a new concept!"

And frankly, sometimes everyone gets so wiped out during the process that we all feel like skit!

Sister Zillini, being right in the "middle of the fray," so to speak, I bet you DID!

I just posted my daughter's Philanthropy Day's results on the Good Luck BamaDaughter thread (selected for 8 houses today). Do you normally make additional posts to different threads with updates, or kind of stick to one thread with everything. I'm kind of a dinosaur who is quite new to chat room formats.

Usually we tend to stick to the same thread for the whole story, but since you started out in one and then got a thread created for your daughter's story specifically, it's certainly not a problem to post multiple times -- as long as you don't mind the extra typing.

I'm looking forward to southernyankee's posts since we are going through the agony of the wait simultaneously. Best of luck today, southernyankee....

Ladies, I am so happy to know that my clumsy fingers brought you so much joy. When someone first told me I had a small typo via private message, I almost freaked out. I thought the moderators were going to kick me off for foul language, so I quickly posted a reply to let you all know it was an accident. With political correctness at an all time high for nearly every goof one can make, I didn't want you folks to think I was a dingaling. Right now, we are waiting for Preference Day results.
