I just saw this (it was at the bottom part of a thread that I was reading) & when I read it I had to have it reopened because it is now 2009. Working in healthcare this stuff is all too true. There is the HIPAA law that protects patient's rights/wishes and protects their medical records, but how much longer before the things that go on in the original post actually begin to happen?????
