I'm not sure how often these commercials were shown in other parts of the country, but here in New England the Dunkin Donuts commercials are pretty well known. Mr. Vale was really the public face of the company, and was a much-loved figure in this region.

Oh no and to think over christmas my sisters and I were talking about how they should resurrect those commercials. RIP.

ETA: I didnt know DD was based in my hometown of Canton MA! Trying to figure out where their headquarters are in town.
