I've been watching it and can't wait till next week.
The only thing is... wow 12 weeks? It's really inspirational but VERY out of reality for most people. I hope people don't get too inspired and try to lose 60lbs in 12 weeks. While we'd like to think that it's healthy and ok to lose 5 lbs a week, I can see it happening on a very very strict diet, or a fad diet... but not by just eating healthier. I guess if you were working out 10times a day it would help though.
