Can I be the First to Say Hooha for You and Your Chapter.
 This is great news!!!

Was it a learning experience? Damn Skippy for sure!
Many times culling out is hard, but as I think You have seen it was something that needed to be done and it was by Fellow Active Brothers. Growing up can be hard to do and there hopefully will be a leader who comes along and says enough!

Tickled to Hear. Hope You feel Mucho Better!

I guess if you stick around something long enough, thing work out in the end.
 | I really like this thought. Since becoming an advisor I've seen seniors who make sure things go THEIR way...just because they've been in the longest. The poor underclassmen are too afraid to say anything because of it.

You definitely lead by example, and it's evident you're an inspiration to your chapter and congratulations on the big turnaround. You guys deserve it!

Congrats!! I've met a few of them at the Greek Life office and they've been really nice.

Woo! I'm happy for you and us (and KA).
I am so hoping that you guys are aiming to rock out on SOE. Are you all attending events and getting your SOE points?

 | First, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

I've seen this happen more than once, but as you know, nothing feels as good as when you KNOW the people involved! You should be very proud - you've earned it!!

   | We took Troy's advice and scheduled our calendar around SOE and not just wait until Spring is over to address SOE.

We realize SOE is kinda a tough BS thing they got on us, but if do we do well on it, then there's nothing they can say about us as an organization because we knew our responsibilities asa a campus org and we got the job done.

I really got to give it to our chapter advisor. He's a much younger alumni from our Sonoma chapter who's done the one thing that I believe pulled our chapter together the most: the undergrads found an alum they can relate to and respect, and we listen to his suggestions because he rebuilt our Sonoma chapter as well as shown us that this turnaround was possible.

So, I totally forgot tonight was Founder's Dinner. Man, there were so many chapter alumni present tonight, and I've never seen them so happy and optimistic about our chapter's future.

ETA: We won Homecoming! Greek Week is in the Spring.

 | That had to be an amazing experience for you and your brothers. Good job to all involved!

Great job Stan! I know how disappointed you were before and it's awesome that you stuck around to help bring this chapter back up. I know you're brothers over here would be proud of you guys.

Stan, I just had to say again, CONGRATS To Your Chapter for a heck of a come back.
I know what You went through as have been there
Let Me Give You a Big Pat on the Back for having the Guts (Lack of a better word) for what You went through and what has evolved with Your Help and Fellow Alums.

Job Well Done!
Interfraternally Yours,

Stan, even in my short time working with my chapter at SDSU last year, I always had your chapter in my thoughts and really hoped to see you guys shine - it appears that you're on your way! And I definitely agree with OTW that your attitude about allowing the underclassmen the chance to shine as you take a back seat in this last few months of your undergraduate experience with Delta Sigma Phi - it's such a breath of relief from Seniors who can't handle change in the chapter because its "always " been done such-and-such way!

Best of luck for the remainder of this semester and next, as well as with SOE!
