Hey c.o.v. - membership certificates just declare that a person is, indeed, a member of the organization and they often give a membership number. They're signed by a higher up (president or someone like that.)
On "Alpha Omega," it is a very common name for Christian organizations. If you plan to go national, it may be difficult. I wouldn't be surprised if someone out there had the name trademarked/copyrighted...
ETA: There's also a current Christian sorority called "Sigma Alpha Omega"
