You all have such interesting stuff to post!
I have a B positive blood type, which only 8.5% of the population has. So did both my parents, and so does my DH. (I'm pregnant, so the baby will be B+ too!)
I won the title Freshman Belle in high school.
DH and I met when I was on a job assignment, and had a long distance relationship for two years before we were married. At the time of our wedding, we had not spent more than ten days straight together -- and have now been married 15 years.
My joints hyper-extend, so my knees and thumbs bend backwards.
When Matt Damon and Chris O'Donnell filmed the movie School Ties in the early 90's, they stayed in furnished apartments in the apartment community where I worked. Matt Damon used to schlep his laundry down the stairs to the laundry room past my office on his days off, and I'd ask him "Don't they do that for you?" Chris O'Donnell would rollerblade in the parking lot, and tell me goodbye at the end of the day. Unlike my girlfriend ISUKappa's experience with Dave Matthews, neither of them ever kissed me.

Me too! I never knew that about the 8.5% of the population - but I *did* think when I was growing up that only people with B+ blood were my relatives
Let's see, what else...
* I have 5 step-sisters and 2 step-brothers, a total (so far) of 8 nephews and nieces, and one great-niece
* I could never keep a roommate longer than a year (whether they were a bad one or a good one, there was a reason for them not rooming with me the next year)
* I've been in the hospital three times in one month (surgery, dehydration, and infection/dehydration were the "instigators")
* I have never gone out on a "date" (I've had friends set me up on a last minute blind date, as in, we're going to this restaurant and you're going to talk to this guy...)
* I have "hitchhiker" thumbs
* My family has interacted with "famous" people - Jimmy Durante (grandma), Mimi Capone (great-grandma)
* I have played the flute and the baritone/euphonium, but no longer can play either one
* I pick up songs and notes better by hearing them over and over again than by reading music (although I can do that, too)
* I've been to Disneyland, Disney World, and Disneyland Paris
* I spent four months living in Cambridge (England)
* I am the first on my mom's side to get my Bachelor's degree, and I'm the first on at least my mom's side (possibly my dad's) to work toward getting my Master's

--I was the first grandchild on either side to graduate from a 4-year university.

--I've never broken a bone......many sprains though.
--I've sang in Carnegie Hall twice.
--I'm related to singers from "Cold Mountain".
--I just got back from a music tour in England with my band, and for the release of Song Links 2, which we contributed 2 songs for.

I have a mole/freckle/brown spot on my right thumb just like the one my mom and maternal grandfather has/had.
I am the first grandchild for both sets of my grandparents.
Along the same lines sort of, my great-grandma's first child was a girl (my maternal grandma). My maternal grandma's first child was my mom. Obviously, my mom's first child was me, another girl. My only sibling is also a girl.
My wisdom teeth, tonsils, and adenoids have all been removed.
I find I tend to be attracted to guys who look similar to me: dark hair, light eyes, fair skin.
I have O+ blood, making me a universal donor to others with Rh-positive blood. Which is why I give as often as possible.
I am tha shizzle, dizzle, according to my roomates.
I have very random tastes in music. Currently in my car is a CD with tracks by Shakira, Aaliyah, Pat Green, 50 Cent, Green Day, and others. No order. It's fun going from Pat Green to Trick Daddy.

Okay, here goes nothing:
- I've played lacrosse since I was 7, and I've played soccer on and off again since I was 5.
-I have an absolutely abnormal addiction to diet coke.
- I was incorrectly diagnosed with Lupus at age 14
-After said diagnosis, I was put on steriods and my weight soared to almost 220lbs (I now weight 155).
- My family is friends with the Bush Family (Neal Mallon Bush was named after my Uncle, Neal Mallon.)
-I am a liberal democrat.
- I qualified for the Junior Olympics in Tae Kwan Do, but chose not to go

Things about Trojangal....
* I have lived in both Iceland and Alaska for a combined total of 9 years. I will personally be happy to never see more than 3 days of snow at any given time ever again.
*I had the chicken pox twice as a kid. One time it came right after a sunburn
*I'm the first person in my family to have an M.A.
* My husband is a musician who toured professionally and played with Percy Sledge as his guitar player.
* My husband is related to Jerry Lee Lewis on his mother's side of the family.
*I am O- blood type and also donate as much as I can. My husband was O+ so I had to get the Rhogam shot while I was pregnant.
*I was also a Grandie in Rainbow Girls!! I am a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
*My daughter Melody is allergic to about 90% of the antibiotics out there: penicillins, amoxicillins, cephalosporins. We've found three that she has not had a reaction.
*I never knew my dad's parents--they both passed away while he was young and his granpdarents adopted him legally and raised him so my "grandparents" were really my great-grandparents. Apparently, though, I am the spitting image of his mother from what we can tell by pictures.
*I've never broken any bones.
*I am an Aries

Let's see...
I was born in Landstuhl, Germany because my dad was in the Army.
I've traveled most of Europe but was less than a year old at the time.
I've lived in Germany, Virginia, Wisconsin, North Carolina (3 different times), Ohio, Georgia, and Alabama all before the age of 14.
I'm Greek Orthodox - my mom's entire side of the family is Greek. My great-grandparents came over on a boat!
My great uncle was a bigtime 'gangster' in the 20s, 30s, and 40s.
Remember when Good Morning America used to go around the country and have different people scream "Good Morning America" on camera? My first grade class did it once. As a parting gift, ABC gave us green pencils. Oooh. Thanks.
I HATE clowns.
I've never broken any bones.
I've never gotten a ticket - but I've been pulled over 4 times!
My eigth grade history teacher was a Playboy Centerfold in the 60s. Don't ask how we found out....ew.
My mom cut out the horoscope section of a magazine she was reading while in the hospital giving birth to me - she still carries it around in her wallet to this day and it fits me to a T!

I have O+ blood - give every 3 to 4 months
I played softball, basketball, volleyball and I was a cheerleader all at my highschool and city. (small school . . . usually if you did anything you did everything)
I graduated 23rd out of my class of 23, but I graduated from college, when only ~13 went to college.
I have never broken a bone, but I have had more stitches then I can count (~40 on my head alone) {also, no one in my immediate family has ever broken a bone}
I am an owner of a local restaurant. Passed down from my father.
My mother is from Oktibbeha county, Mississippi and my father is from Boston, Mass. I had to go to speach therapy when I was in elementary school 'cause I couldnt get my r's right.
I have never "lived" farther away then 200 miles from where I was born.
I have been "chatting" on the "net" since before there was a "net." i.e. delphi < was an old chat line.
this was fun.

*I am terrified of lizards. I got "bitten" by one when I was like three years old and since then, I freak out at the sight of them.
*I am the one and only Greek in my family.
*When I was in London, my one goal was to booty dance on one of those stone-faced guard people. I found a REALLY cute one and rather than booty dancing on him, I got him to talk to/flirt with me! He ended up being a guard for Prince William - and we were standing right in front of his house!
*I am 21 years old and I have only had one boyfriend. We have only been dating for a year and a half. Before I met him, I hated the male species.
*I was named after the daughter of a Sports Illustrated writer. She died of cystic fibrosis. My dad was so touched by her story that he wanted me to have her name.
*I was voted "Most Fun To Be Around" in high school.
*In middle school, I was kicked out of concert band for my bad behavior.
*My best friend and I met by accident in 6th grade P.E. when she peed on herself. I gave her my gym shorts to wear and we have been inseperable ever since.
*I am obsessed with MSN's Text Twist game.
