Strong Sisterhood

I just wanted to commend the memebers of AKA,DST, and XO. Everyday when i get on greekchat to check for new posts, i always see new posts in these forums. Your sisterhood shows and i think its awesome how all of you ladies are so kind and loving to one another. You may have different opinions at times, but you all respect each other. I am sure there are other forums on here that are as active as these, but these are just the ones that stick out the most to me.

I think its wonderful that there are so many of you on this board and able to meet "sisters" from all across. I hope to one day be able to experience this incredible sisterhood as well!!!

I would have posted this in y'alls own forum, but i figured this would save me time by just doing it once!

Or it could just show that they are on-line more then others? Which could be good or bad, depending on how you look at it.

I think we've established that we're all addicted to GreekChat . However (lol) I visit the forum multiple times a day to post questions, get advice, help my sisters with problems, and just to catch up on stuff. I don't spend HOURS upon HOURS on this thing...and if I do, it's because I'm relaxing at home before I go to bed (Scholarship before Social obligations).
I just like to use the forum to get new ideas and meet my sisters from across the country, which I normally wouldn't have the opprotunity to do.

Thanks for your words. The AKA forum is not ONLY for Sorors nor those interested in our Sorority, but anyone who has a general interest in our topics.

As you know, we talk about everything and anything. Someone once said, that we talk too much! Well, my response to that is, evidently you LOVE what we talk about because you are there, too! LOL

Anyway, we welcome anyone to come in and join our conversations. As long as you are respectful, non-repetitive , non-threatening, etc. your visit to AKAland will be a AKA2d free!

I have to agree with bucutie...

Over here I don't get much interaction with AKA, DST, or XO because they don't have undergraduate chapters. From what I do know, however, they have fabulous alumnae chapters and I hope to one day be able to meet the women of these chapters.

From time to time I read some of the topics listed in your forums, and I enjoy reading them. Thank you for making GreekChat so enjoyable!

thank you for the compliment, bucutie. we are just bunch of greeks that enjoy conversing with each other whether it's politics, community service or basic chit chat. although we are different orgs, many of us are friends outside of this greek chat thingamajiggy!!!
