rush ideas anyone?

hi, i am the recruitment chair of my chapter. our panhelenic just eleminated theme day but instead we have a new day called "greek pillar day" in which you incorperate the greek pillars of sisterhood, scholarship, and service. we want our house to stand out as a down to earth, fun loving and relaxed chapter who knows how to have fun and be rounded women. does anyone have any ideas as to how we could use these pillars but still stand out from the rest? what do your chapters do? any and ALL suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!! if you would prefer to email suggestions my email is lickalollylymie@yahoo.com. thank you!!!

My school does leadership, sisterhood, and philanthropy rounds. Basically...when I went through formal, everyone just talked about each theme specifically for like 10 min like "oh we've won this this and this, these girls are leaders blah blah" but in the end it turned into just playing games and getting to know the sisters.
