Against all odds... the Vikings worked the Packers today! It was great. I loved watching Farv's face as he watched the clock run down slowly coming to the realization that he had thrown four interceptions. It was great. The best game of football I have seen the Vikings play all season. I love a great border battle. Beating the Pack on their own turf... what a rush. I love the big deal they are making over Moss' fake moon. Man it's a great day to be a Vikings fan. I had faith all along. I love how the odds in Vegas were 8 to 1.

I was happy to see the Jets pull out a win over the Chargers. I have to say they really got lucky that that San Diego kid missed that field goal in OT.
I'm just happy they get to play one more game. Unfortunately, it's in Pittsburgh. They'll have to work hard for a win there. Love the Jets, but I'm not too optimistic about them pulling out a win over the Steelers.

How can you say pull out?? It was their game, until the Chargers started putting things together in the 4th. And then there's Barton, ahhhh the game would've been done and over with! Barton's lucky that kid missed the field goal.... if he made it the Times, Daily News, and Newsday would've given him so much grief. People finally started shutting up about Pennington and his arm when he threw that pass to Moss for the TD. Although, even when they win there's barely any support. Saturday's going to be an interesting game that's for sure. But I'd much rather play Pitt than have to face New England again. Looking forward to it.... (at least they made the playoffs unlike the Giants who so many say are "the true NY team".)

Poor Nate Kaeding. I was cheering for San Diego since he's Iowa peeps, but oh man, I'm glad I'm not him right now. That's rough.
I figured the Broncos would be spanked, but I really don't know who to cheer for now.

See, if this were any other NFL city, Nate Kaeding woulda been run outta town......
BTW, I swung by The Walmart couple today...all the Bolt logos and merchandise is gone...Cmon, it hasnt even been two full days and they're off the bandwagon....

You heard it here first: Whoever wins the Colts/Patriots game (It's pretty much 50/50 after considering all factors) will WIN THE SUPER BOWL.

Hear me out: If Peyton can prove he can finally win in Foxboro, then no one can stop him. If the Pats win, they've shown they can stop one of the most prolific offenses ever. Either way, Bill Coward doesn't stand a chance considering the momentum and the history of AFC championship games in Pitt....

Yeah, these aren't the same Steelers....just like those weren't the same Chargers.....

Btw, my dad had a heart attack during a Steelers game and wouldn't go to the hospital until half-time. There he was, in Cardio-Intensive care, mouthing, "THE SCORE!!! WHAT IS THE SCORE!!!!!"

The Steelers pulled that one out, too!

 | Naw, go head...I'll admit they had the Pat's number earlier this season, and they made Tom Brady look like Kerry Collins/Jake Plummer/David Carr.

If there's a rematch though, it's a whole new ballgame in the postseason.

 | Stan your hatred for San Diego makes me laugh. WHy hate a town with such beautiful people? Ok, well I know the real reson why you hate San Diego. But c'mon, you root for a team that you have no affiliation with, and you've never even been to boston, let alone foxboro!

admit it, you are the fan that we all call the "anti-bandwagon bandwagoner". you rooted for the pats when you were in 8th grade only because everyone went for the packers. then once the pats started winning a few years ago, you claimed that they were always your team, basically... you forgot to hop off the bandwagon.

admit it, your filipino ass is so-cal for life biotch. LOVE IT BABY.

oh and btw, the FALCONS are going to win it all. Thats right. THE FALCONS.

why? because their mascot is a bird and birds go, " aaaahhhhhhhh aaawwwwwww!!!!!"

			Pack in 2005, here's why:
Trade Ahman Green away for some D-backs. Start Najeh Davenport in place of Green. Sign the O-line one last time, keep Favre one more year. Keep Walker, Driver, Fergusson and Bubbles-Franks.

If we get D-back, Packers will own the NFC next year.

PS, whats the difference between a bag of shit and the Vikings? the bag.

 | I said they "pulled out" a win because they really are lucky that they won that game, for so many reasons. Barton was damn lucky that Kaeding missed the field goal... did you see the look of utter relief on his face when the game finally did end? It was funny... You know that would have been an awkward plane ride home for him if they hadn't won. I was so happy to see Pennington throw that long pass after all the crap people had been talking about his arm and him not being able to throw very far... What was that, 47 yards or so? He showed them! It was a beautiful pass, and a beautiful catch.

Like I said, I don't expect to win this weekend against the Steelers... but if they do manage to win, there are no words that can describe how happy I will be! Lets go JETS! |
