Now, I'm not professing to "know" about the dirty south, so I'm gonna bring it back home to the Baltimore-DC area and say, give me some DC Go-Go, Baltimore Club music, and anything dancehall reggae! I love it! I love it!

My friends all say I have an old soul. The song that gets me hyped is Tina Marie's "Square Biz". Can't get ready for a party without it.

I guess I'm the "outsider" when it comes to this because only a few of those songs get me crunked up (Square Biz ~ Teena Marie).
Others:
[b]
Before I Let Go
Computer Love
Jesus be a Fence (Fred Hammond)
Let Go Let God (Hezekiah Walker)
[\b] and the list continues....remember Gospel is my first love

I agree--"Get Crunked Up" does NOT work...Also on my list:
DMX's "Ruff Ryders Anthem (Stop, Drop)
"So Fresh, So Clean"
"Down Bottom" from the RR Comp. Volume 1
"What it Is"--Busta
"H*" and "Catch Up" and "Southern Hospitality" by Ludacris
"Who Run It"--Triple Six
"Gorilla Pimp" and "Don't Save Her"--Project Pat
"Music"--Erick Sermon
and everything already represented from the Dirty South

my new songs are:
who run it - 3-6 (which really aint new, but it's crunk)
i don't give a f... - lil john and the eastside boys
after the kappa (it's a texas thang and a Zeta Sigma spring 2k2 thang)
in love with my money - paul wall and chamillionair
airforce ones - nelly
50 cents wanksta and in da club
be alright - trina and ludacris
break you off - the roots
bunny hop - da entourage
popping tags - jay-z, et al
*the first 5 songs are those "Move out the way, the Deltas are coming through" songs, along with scarred, get out the way by ludacris, i yi yi yi yi (that's the song i came out to )josephine johnny, shake it like a dog, shake them haters off, down for my ni@@as, and pull over by trina (now that's a Zeta Sigma chapter thang!!)
and when i wake up in the morning, i like to listen to jaheim's song "special day," amerie's songs "nothing like loving you" and "need you tonight." then, i'll listen to floetry. but, if it's one of THOSE mornings, i need to listen to jill scott's song "gotta get up"
