I was a Pi Chi last year, and got to learn EVERY sororities songs...this year my sisters (who are Pi Chis now) and I sing them when we get together to practice. They are all so catchy and cute!

My KD chapter likes to add a little personality to our "K-A-P-P-A" song, because of a tradition and the fact that the DGs do the "D-E-L-T-A" one, and theirs is very upbeat and peppy. Ours goes a little something like this, and we clap differently, so they sound like 2 diff songs.

A couple years ago, one of our sisters started yelling the "what what" and "who are we part." She died in April of last year, and we continue to add this in, knowing that Kim's tradition will live on.

Both of those were ones I was going to post from my chapter! Maybe that's how I ended up AOII, there songs were just stuck in my head reminding me of them! My favorite though (which seems to be everyone else's least favorite):

Anyhow, DG did a chant a my rush that I always remember and still think of any time that I see DG letters, it goes:

My chapter actually has a new one that we swiped from somewhere (another AOII chapter) and ALL the Rho Chis were singing it the last two years. It has a really snappy tune that just would not come across in a post very well at all...but I sing it to myself as I clean the house all the time.

And then there is my absolute favorite AOII chant: Toast to AOII, which if I wrote out the whole thing it would be longer than all of my posts combined on GC.
