Hey everyone...Hope you all had great weekends. I was just thinking about how my chapter (theta upsilon) has been in training all weekend long for Recruitment. I believe that it starts on Wed. I am so nervous for them. Being that I was a member of the colony member and got to start a bunch of the traditions it is still hard not being involved. I am going to go help with Preference and stick around for Bid Day (georgetown college does things WAY different than any other college, if you ever get the chance to watch it don't turn it down)!!! Does anyone else get this excited before their chapter goes through RUSH? Well my belly is telling me to feed it so I better go. Wish Theta Upsilon luck this week.

I am so excited about this week ahead. It is really hard for me to not be fully participating and still be here at GC. What is really ironic is the fact that I really want one girl like never before and I am so afraid that she will get into the week ahead and be star struck by the other groups (two in particiular) and I have no control over preffing her and other things. Oh well, whatever will be will be.

As to the meeting on Sunday, everything is going fine. We are just going to talk about the Alumnae chapter and upcoming events. Stephanie and I went to Kroger the on Friday and bought a lot of food for the chapter, breakfast and snack stuff. And I helped paint the Theme night back drop on Friday night, which is going to be great.

Julie rewrote last years skit and did a great job with it. She was a co-writer on the songfest from 2 years ago (the one where we kicked butt). So I think that it is going to be really great and that the chapter is really excited about it.

Well, any oh... class start tomorrow, so I have to go get ready for my final first day of classes!! YEAH (at least till grad school).

Arin--Do I know this mystery girl? How is Jennifer A.'s sister doing? I know at the begining of the year she was having some problems' with school....How are things looking? YOu have been around every year...what does the atmosphere around campus look like? What is the theme this year?

Okay- let me know how you all do, my brother's fiancee is a Phi Mu from Georgetown. They just did some renovations to their house she said. She plans on coming for chapel day- but I want to know how AGD does before she knows how they do- (we have a friendly competition going on, my sorority is the best and she has to live with that- heehe!)

Sarah that isn't very nice, he he he. I will try to let you know, but why not come yourself... you can see what Chapel Day is all about and add an extra voice to the crowd of Squirrels... You can also talk with the ladies about going to WKU in the fall!

PS.. Our rush numbers are really down, only 80 ladies had signed up before break and I think that as of last night only 101, but they still had till today at noon to sign up so I hope alot more do!!!
